🛠️ HOW IT WORKS:

1. Create a product in WooCommerce and configure it as a donation product.
   • Set the product type to “Donation” and configure the donation settings.
   • Optionally, you can create a donation campaign to group multiple donation products together.
2. Configure the donation settings in the Donation Manager plugin.
   • Set the donation goal, end date, and other options for the donation campaign.
   • Customize the email notifications that will be sent to donors after a successful donation.
   • Optionally, you can enable the option to track donors’ data and view a list of donors and their donation amounts in the WordPress admin dashboard (available in the PRO version).
3. When a customer places an donation order and completes the payment, the plugin automatically handles the donation process.
   • The customer will receive a confirmation email with the donation details.
   • The donation amount will be recorded in the WordPress admin dashboard, allowing you to track the total donations received for each campaign or product.

Minimum requirements

• WordPress 5.2 or greater
• WooCommerce 5.0 or greater
• PHP 7.4 or greater is required (PHP 8.0 or greater is recommended)
• MySQL 5.6 or greater, OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater, is required

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself, and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic installation of Donation Manager, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click “Add New”.

In the search field type “Donation Manager for WooCommerce” and click Search Plugins. Once you have found the plugin you can view details about it such as plugin version, rating, and description. Most importantly, of course, you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/wc-donation-manager directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
