Resolves user confusion when the “Voice excerpt” GEO check shows red in the sidebar but the input field was only reachable from the classic metabox below the editor.
• Fix: post meta keys (_ogeeat_og_title, _ogeeat_og_description, _ogeeat_og_image, _ogeeat_tw_*, _ogeeat_voice_snippet) are now registered on every request (admin, REST, front-end) — not only in the wp-admin context. The Gutenberg block editor save path (REST API) now reliably persists these meta on every save.
• Dev: Ogeeat_Metabox::register_meta() is now a static method hooked from the bootstrap on init so REST API requests register the meta keys with show_in_rest. Classic metabox save path is unchanged (backwards compatible).
