Wufoo to Gravity Forms Importer imports form entries, comments and attachments from your Wufoo account to Gravity Forms. It also comes with a “mapping” interface where you can map wufoo form fields to gravity form fields.
Please note that actual Wufoo forms are not imported. You need to create forms in Gravity Forms manually.
Follow these simple steps to get Wufoo To Gravity Forms Importer plugin.
Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name
directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

You just have to enter your Wufoo API key in the plugin and it will import and correctly map all the data according to your choice.
It is a 16 digit code, which applies for all your Wufoo forms. To obtain your key, log in to your Wufoo account, head to the Form Manager or Forms tab, and click the Code button beneath the name of any form. This will take you to the code manager. Next, click the API Information button to view your API key.
Sure, you can do that if you don’t map the particular field with any of Gravity Form fields.
No, you don’t need to match every form field. Just make sure to map all the desired fields for importing data.
